I try to update my peugeot 5008 softwer touch scren thru downloading the softwer and putting on usb, but cant install it , update come to 54% and black screen shows and start again. What is the problem how to install it now. Any help please...

There are issues with the update app. If you need help with a manual update, I'll require your VIN. Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.

Hello everyone.

I ve got notification from the Peugeot App and download Peugeot Update app via link. Then connected 64 Gb flash disk and did all steps. While trying to update via USB its stucked at %37 waited around 1.5 hours and keep restarting after stucking %37. I re created again via app with same flash disk then its stuck at %54 again waited almost 1 hour. Keep stucking at %54 and restarting from %0 and stucking %54. What should i do please help me. I m driving 2019 3008

The update system is broken for many people - it you want the files, provide your VIN.

Hi again.

it says Update failed 33. Do not know if i expressed my self earlier. It was stuck at %54 while updating into car. it wasnt app crash or something. The car wasnt upgrading firmware.

Change your USB stick for another one and make sure it formatted to FAT32.
Most of these issues are to do with failing USB sticks.

If that doesn't work, and you are sure the file download is not corrupt, then you may have an internal fault with the Head Unit storage.
