Hello Marc,

I updated the navigation and system confirms that update have been successfully made BUT when I touch the navigation section it says “ there is no map or update is still ongoing”

Do you know how to fix it or should I update it again?

Check the system to see what version of firmware is showing as installed.
If it is correct. then you need to install your maps as per the link, but make sure you have fully formatted the USB again and that it is large enough to hold the map update.

I tried it with many flash drives but it didn't work, it always restarted at 37%. Then I prepared the flash memory from another computer, finally it was successful. The problem was a memory error on the first computer I tried.

Hello, i need to flash my infoitment, somome try to update my system remotly to have android auto & carplay but now the system is stuck, with low light and no acess to side buttons of display. Can i fix it with any firmware or do i have to contact the dealership? It a Citroën c3 aircross 2019
