I had a notification in MyCitroen app for my C4. The available update is MC2 - C4 (C41), C4X - IVI Software

Could you please check for VIN VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]? I got below error when I try to check on Citroen Update Tool;

CITROËN UPDATE does not allow the update for this vehicle. We recommend you to access to the website of the brand.

Ok, so your country does is not covered by the updates sorry. The updates are blocked, so this may be to do with Turkey not being in the EU (despite having been a candidate), so I can't help you. This is something you will likely have to get done at your dealership who may have a different access portal, but I can't help you as it is being rejected. Also, be aware that vehicles in some countries are 'modified' or personalised for that country.

I see you do have an update listed:
MC2 - C4 (C41), C4X - IVI Software
Download the new version (25.92) of the IVI software.

So only the dealer can do this as far as I can see.

Thank you for your reply. I was able to update the software and map of my 2020 C3 AC by myself but seems not possible for C4. I will check with the dealer.

just to be clear, both files should just be transfered to the root of the usb drive?

when unzipping the TAR file, and copying it to a FAT32 usb drive i get a warning, somethign like "this USB key in not compatible with this viacle"

No

You must extract the contents of the TAR file onto the blank FAT32 formatted USB. Do not include the TAR file itself on the USB!
Second when you have done that, create a folder on the route of the USB called licence and place the licence file into this folder.

Note: Some have reported the folder should be spelled either 'licence' or 'license' so try both spellings if one does not work.

I think I need assistance, after updating, non of the climate control work, can't even enter the menu.
