PSA NAC RCC Updates

Hi all,
I’ve been trying to update my system on a 2020 C5 aircross and experienced the same issues as many others. I contacted Citroen uk customer support regarding the issues. I did everything they suggested which was just the same as I had been doing. Ie use the Citroen update app etc and try multiple USB devices. Today’s call was to tell me that it is a problem at my end and the files are fine on the server! I tried to say about the certificate issues but they didn’t seem to understand. This has supposedly been escalated to the “technical” department too. All that is left is for me is to take it to my local dealer for them to resolve.
So I’m stuck with version 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0 for now. I will have a chat with the service dept in my dealer and see what they say. I shall report back next week after I’ve been in.

Just a quick update. The service manager downloaded the files via their system and the same issue occurred like I thought it would. So he wants the car booked in so they can follow the process with Citroen UK, raising a technical issue and run full diagnostics. He assured me that he will get it sorted one way or another. I shall keep you updated.

Please do - I knew it's nothing they can do without a re-signed firmware file. As Rui has shown in recent posts, the certificate date can clearly be seen to be expired, so unless the French technicians have a new version specifically for their use - I can't see them being able to solve it - and if they did have a new version, they should just upload it to their servers for the benefit of all.

Another update, the main dealer is now dismantling my car as Citroen want to know which system I have installed, surely they know what I have already? They seem to be ignoring the file issue and going down the hardware fault route. Seems a little over the top to me! I shall find out what they find next week, the guy said I may end up with a new head unit. Luckily the service desk said here won’t be any charge for this work as I’ve not had the car that long which I bought from them.

I have the car back, the garage has sent all of the information requested by Citroen technical. Just a waiting game now unfortunately to see what they decide to do.

Hopefully they listen to the dealer regarding the dates on the files, they have the info I provided. Maybe it will finally push them to update the files! Fingers crossed

I recently bought a 2019 Peugeot 308 SW. I installed the my Peugeot app and saw that the car has one firmware update and one map update.
I tried using the My Peugeot app to update, using a 64GB USB stick, but got an error that said it couldn`t do the FAT 32 formatting.
Using a software, I formatted the USB stick to FAT32 and copied the firmware and map update (with the licence file) onto it, but when I tried it on the car it showed the "Version incompatible with hardware" message. Please help me update to the latest version, VIN VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

The system has detected that you have already downloaded and possibly installed the latest versions available as it is not providing anything.

So check what versions you have installed already.

I guys I have a blue screen on my nac, the display says Software loading on demand... WARNING System has limited functionality. How I can fix it? Is it possible to re install the fw?

Hello. In my Citroen C5 Aircross I do not have DAB radio range. Were there any without DAB, or do I have something damaged or not turned on?

Is there a way for me to update the cars infotainment/maps system?

I can't seem to connect the car to the internet for it to update itself, maybe it does not have OTA updates?!

You need to provide VIN number for the staff to tell you something conclusive.
You can check on citroen sw update page also ( just type in that in google) but that depends what radio you have, hence the VIN
