@plamen_333
Just insert a USB flash drive with the map update - for your NAC Wave 2 system, the latest European map is 28.0.0-r0.
When the car asks for your confirmation to install that map update, just cancel it. The system should start operating normally, without the "Software loading on demand" blue screen.

Why was my post deleted?
And since when is my Toyota not PSA car?
Please explain it to me Mr. @GiveMeABreak
Thank you very much.
Also Thank you @rui_saraiva. I was quick enough to read your answer, before it was also deleted.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
If you have read any of the recent posts, you will know that we do not support non- PSA cars. Toyota is not a Peugeot, Citroen or DS Auto vehicle!
Toyota may use a similar head unit, but we do not support them as they have a different VIN from the marques I mentioned.
I deleted your post as it is off topic and I sent you a private message as to the reason why. Rui’s post has not been deleted by me, so please get your facts correct - he deleted his own post.
Any posts not related to PSA vehicles will be removed. You will need to ask for support for this vehicle elsewhere, sorry.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hello to all
I'm new here, I'm from Egypt so please excuse my english if its not very good
I own a 2022 opel corsa F 1.2 130ps, equipped with RCC wave 3 head unit.
Current software version : 6_0422_23.3I37.1
Opel update app has recently showed that there is a new update, version : 6_0431_23.2I41.1
If there is any one who can post the update log for this version then it would be much appreciated, I mean what's new or what are the fixed bugs,
should I go ahead and update or if it works don't fix it ?
Thanks for considering.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hi. I'm new here. I updated the firmware and maps on my Citroen C4 Grand Picasso 2017 and it ended fatally. I used the Citroen Update app (Windows 11).
Please help.
My VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
The old version was:
21.08.87.32_NAC-r1
20.0.0-r0
new version
21.08.90.52_NAC-r0
28.0.0-r0
I've already disconnected the car battery for 30 minutes and it didn't help.
Please help.

@Paulus33
This also applies to you: viewtopic.php?p=830789#p830789
Because you already have the USB flash drive with both the system/firmware and maps/cartography updates, just delete the SWL\001*\ folder (system) and leave only the SWL\002*\ (maps) folder.
In other words, to recover a system with the "Software loading on demand" blue screen error, it's usually enough to insert a USB flash drive with the map update, without even needing to really install it.

C4 Cactus update failing
Hi All,
I have recently purchase a C4 Cactus 1.5 Blue hdi Flair. On the infotainment system it is showing firmware 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0. The My Citroen app shows an updated firmware 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0. I have downloaded the update several times to different usb sticks, but I always receive the error that the update is not for the hardware of the car. The Citroen user guide tells you that there may be a problem with either the usb stick or the download if you receive the hardware error. This is why I have tried several usb sticks. They have all been formatted to FAT32 and have been over 32mb in capacity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Please refer to recent posts above. Your system needs to be bridged to Wave 4 firmware before you can update your maps. At present there is a problem with the certificates having expired, so these need updating by Citroen before they will allow the firmware to be installed.
I suggest you make a fuss about it with your dealer so they can feed this back, as the more people that complain the quicker we’ll have an update.

@rui_saraiva
Hi.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. The blue screen persists, I inserted the USB with the map data, again the message: Firmware update error. Please remove...
I tried many USB sticks. It didn't work.
I did a reset according to: BSI Reset / Battery Disconnection / Reconnection
Again, nothing, it doesn't work, still the blue screen. I'm desperate and angry with the PSA concern. I should have just given up on the update...
I don't know what to do next.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Revolution read the posts above and back. the problem is described. write to stellantis with the problem. in the my citroen application you have an e-mail contact there write to them about invalid certificates describe your problem and attach photos of what happens after inserting the pendrive. I am waiting for a response from peugeot since last week I have been writing to them in the meantime the technicians department is still thinking about solving the problem apparently.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hi everyone,
so probably I will never be able to Update my 508 with the original firmware to 42.03.33.42_NAC-rO to get map updates. For me I just bought my 508 user and Im really sad about that…
The chance to get an fix in the certificate is 0% as I understood Mr. Saraiva.
