Multifunction screen

Hi, just had to replace the multifunction screen on my 14 plate C4 Picasso airdream+. The screen and facia i replaced it with was from an exclusive model (same year), screen works fine apart from it displays grey as oppose to a colour screen. The facia also has the touch button for sat nav which doesn’t load, where am ok with the replacement it would be nice to have a colour screen and sat nav. Would a software update provide this or can it even be done.

It's very possible that if you have not replaced the screen with the correct version for your vehicle and it's specific equipment and options then you will loose functionality. No software update will fix this if the hardware is different.

Thank you for your reply, all the other functions work as they should which is ok. Just thought if the other 2 options were available ie colour screen, sat nav then I might have looked into upgrading the software if I was able. Just happy I can turn my heating down as it was stuck on high
