mirror link not working anymore

my mirror link on Citroen c1 1.2 not working anymore and you can't get mirror link app either now. so how do I get cygic premium I bought to work on car now does the car need update software for it . I have contacted Citroen garage and they never reply to me.

Mirror Link is no longer supported by Samsung and many other manufacturers. Existing users may continue to use the App, but if operating system is updated or the app removed and reinstalled it may no longer work.

The alternative is Android Auto or Apple CarPlay (if your vehicle is compatible).

Sygic Premium is a GPS software app, which should still work with Android Auto.

Samsung has now decided to end support for MirrorLink starting June 1, 2020. It will not be available to new users after that. Existing users will be able to continue using it, however, if they factory reset their device, connect to a new vehicle, clear app data or even update the firmware on their device, they’ll lose Mirrorlink.

As of July 31, 2021, CCC no longer intends to certify new MirrorLink® devices or applications, but CCC does intend to permit Engineering Change Orders for existing MirrorLink® certified devices and applications until December 31, 2022, provided that CCC does not intend to extend MirrorLink® operations for such certified devices and applications beyond September 30, 2023 and CCC makes no representation, warranty, or promise that MirrorLink® certified devices and applications will continue functioning after September 30, 2023.
