So the DPF adaptive options seem to be:
Pat1
Pat1
"PAT Fluid" an aftermarket fluid that claims "compatible with all four types"
Pat details
Pat details
my local motor factors (who didn't seem clued up on DPF additives and was pretty sure I wanted Adblue, explained it further and then realised "ah, that green stuff" is what I mean!) £42 per litre bottle!

Eolys Powerflex (i.e. the proper stuff)
eBay £82 for 3 litres
Eolys
Eolys
Or some mystery stuff in a plain bottle

More research needed.

Side note: there's about 3 litres of Pat fluid in the 206's tank. Draining some of that back out to use in the 308 is in the back of my mind too

Gosh, not cheap! What about from a Citroen dealer? Likely more but worth a shot, just in case...

Oh yes I know it's not cheap stuff. Good point, Marc didn't mention the dealership price for it - have asked in the other thread. As you say, more than likely eye watering, but they do occasionally pleasantly surprise you! :-D

Other news:
C5 treated to another 12 months of road fund license (not so cheap: £290) ready for tomorrow.

Any decent brand of Powerflex will do Matt, but if you want the official stuff it will of course cost more:

1Litre 9736A0, £85.01
3 Litre 9736A1. £202.37
Aftermarket it is! :rofl2:

As is my normal mode of operation, much procrastination has occurred, finally this morning I've bought:
eBay purchase
eBay purchase
A litre of stuff, claims specially compatible with the Eolys Powerflex and comes with filling kit (i.e. a few fuel pipe connectors, length of clear hose and a bottle lid with a hose tail built in)

When I get chance I will seek to remove some of the 206's PatFluid and then the 308 can be topped up to a full tank.

Next on the shopping list is cooling system flush, as current fill on the 308 is pretty murky and think a flush ahead of a new fill would be worthwhile. Surprisingly the heater seems fine, temperature stable, etc.

308 SW coolant flush = Toolstation of all places, clearance item £1.91!! Local branches all sold out, but click and collect for one near work so will pick up Tuesday.

Tyre change machine bolted down
M6 coach screws and blue plugs

and another quick play:
Cardboard to see if could avoid mangling the paintwork

For less well stuck tyres, an alternative bead breaking method:
Stand on the sidewalls!

Worked well on the near new trailer tyre. No chance for the 308 spare that's had more than a decade to get settled :)

Top up the tank, reset the counter and try a forced regeneration perhaps?
Yes a fair list!

Plan as it stands is adaptive top up and code clear, see if it regens itself. I'm not sure what the trigger point is for regen (4 mBar indicated in the results above currently) = will research this.

I've put a request to confirm what's what on the additive fluid front over in the parts list.

Handy cross link for my future use:
viewtopic.php?p=791514#p791514

Feedback from my wife is car ran fine today since the code clearing session this morning.

The not yet departed 206 has a near new DPF and in the the garage is it's original. Potentially get that professionally cleaned as replacement for the 308 = another research topic.

Not sure what to make on the 4 injector codes as yet!
Turn it all off Matt, then clean the dpf yourself once a yr.

I purchased a small oil pump 12volt and some plastic air pipe striaght into the bottle then to the input of the tank let the pump do the work.
