I definitely don't know everything even the stuff I do know is questionable at best🤣🤣. I've never owned an adblue Im going off second and third hand info with no proper research so probably shouldn't comment on it🤣. I plan to buy a 508 for herself so that should be an experience.

Do some cars take both additives or did I misread?

Yes, correct. Because the purposes of the DPF (particle filter - which uses EOLYS) and the AdBlue injection are so different to each other (aimed at different pollutants), it is normal for modern diesels to have both.

I would be very surprised if there is a vehicle made anywhere in the world that is equipped with AdBlue but no DPF.

Think that's a good shout (only DPF plus adblue)

Note: not all cars have the Eolys additive though, think some have a coated DPF instead. Think VW, Toyota does it that way. I guess replacement of the DPF is then the equivalent of our additive top up, at which point I guess a bottle of additive seems very much the cheaper option! :)

Currently stumbling my way through telling the car it's DOG additive tank has a litre in it rather than none!

Interesting (new phone as old one trashed!) seems I can now see the upside down (rather than 90° off) photos when I click on the expanded view!

Android, a Motorola G54. My knowledge of it really is pretty slim to be honest, but I'm mostly enjoying not having a cracked screen or damaged camera!
Spoiler: show
old phone was also Motorola, a G50.
This is what happens if your phone goes everywhere with you, drops out your pocket without your realising and then you run over it with a car creeper...

Not quite sure the backstory on this one but you can tell why the top lens: the macro mode camera doesn't produce a very good image anymore!

If they were the same price, an Apple would probably get consideration, but I'm not having a £1000 thing dropping out my pocket and wrecked!

Android fulfills all my needs for an operating system of being "fine" and "not generally annoying"
Last Motorola seemed to last ok, take ok pictures and battery generally ok, hence gone same brand again.

I bought a Motorola, it was the cheapest on that Argos had for sale, the main reason for selecting it.
It is mostly OK but does go a bit doolally occasionally.
The worst bit is when it reboots and shouts "Hello Moto" at 3 a.m.

Fixed your photo.

Ah yes, mine used to do that whenever starting up - though if restarts itself gets stuck at a certain point (needing the pin putting in) before does the rest of its faffing about.

Mine stopped doing the 110 dB HELLO MOTO! - no idea why. I don't think the new one does it, maybe marketing feedback have told Motorola that was a daft "feature" and they binned it off! :)

I bought a Xiaomi off Amazon very powerful android phone for small money and comes with gorilla glass I have dropped it a good few times and it works fine still. I have it over a year now. I don't get the obsession with apple , I don't like them and the glass seems to broken on all the ones I have seen. I had one second hand for six months a couple of years back but the screen is so brittle on them I couldn't be dealing with that at all, I'm too ham fisted.

Should a fair bit of familiarity given all your C5 accumulated knowledge.

FRIP bearings on both, steering rack different (and as far as I know the 508 item doesn't have the same foibles)
Electronic handbrake on the 508 I guess is same as C5 (unless it's jumped to motors on the calipers like my 308)

From my 308 related research I've learnt the 508 wheels and C5 are quite different offset (308 and 508 the same) despite same PCD and related suspension - to my surprise.
