Having listened to the song Matt the lyrics quoted are not right!! '....fruit shop for a pear' is much better, and there appears to be a verse missing altogether!! :-D

308 SW's condition (which seems fine now) seems to be contagious, here's the C5's dash this morning:

Fuel tank about a quarter at present, but it's run this low or less every tank and normally fine.

Did it before I had left the drive, so think it's the additive countdown has reached zero / additive remaining figure (calculated) that is triggering the message.

I'll plug in tonight and get the lowdown from it's "brain" :)

I'll check the DP readings with engine running too tonight, if they are ok will leave it be for now.

This one looks more sensible to jet wash as straight pipe outlet (so better access to then reverse flush/squirt at) but also have the bottle of Wynns Off Car DPF cleaning stuff to try too.

I always used to use Brick Acid from B&Q, about £12 or so for 5 litres. Huge saving v proprietary DPF cleaners and just as good!! :-D

I did the wynns soak over night on the 206cc when i had it you should of seen the muck that came out the thing ! When checking my 308 last month i had 875 mls left in the aditive tank which holds about a litre so it uses very little over the course of a yr, what i like about the dpf on both cars now is the sensor can be removed and cleaned that way. Works a treat very quick too. Also handy for an enderscope aswell
