Well it looks like Tuesday's lunch will just be the three of us so I suggest The Chequers at Woolmer Green which is probably about half way between Letchworth and Hertford time wise, although closer to Hertford distance wise. It is a run through the lanes from Hertford and a scoot down the A1 from Letchworth both taking around half an hour I'd guess. If everyone is happy with that I'll book a table for 12.30 and see you there? :-D
