Re: Meeting arrangements
So did it happen? The weather has been pretty poor today so did Bluebell make it? I'm sure the JAP *rap made it

Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

Re: Meeting arrangements
Yes we had a great lunch, a good laugh and excellent discussions. Neither Jim or I took our modern classics but Mike brought his Xantia to fly the flag. A thoroughly enjoyable meet!!

Re: Meeting arrangements
Can we do a fancy dress meet? I want to turn up as Jim in the biggest streamlined cycling helmet I can find

That would be magic Ryan! It will be great to see you againRp0thejester wrote: ↑04 Jul 2023, 20:07 Can we do a fancy dress meet? I want to turn up as Jim in the biggest streamlined cycling helmet I can find
I concur it was a most excellent meeting I don't know what my meal was spiked with but I ran an incredibly quick 10K race last evening
And in torrential rain too!
See my blog for full details...

Re: Meeting arrangements
It's about time we had another lunch get together and an opportunity has arisen. Jim is having Polly serviced in Hatfield on Tuesday 21st November so will be spending the day with me. Thus we could get together for a lunch meet at a venue central to the attendees. So if you can make it let us know and we can select an appropriate venue!!

Re: Meeting arrangements
I have parents evening that night starting at 4pm so I already have the day booked of work. Count me in, unless others say no to me attending

Excellent, be good to see you again Ryan, I'll leave it until the 18th to pick a venue when I'll be able to pinpoint the centralish place for all attendees!!

Re: Meeting arrangements
Sadly not, as I don't see the consultant until the first week in December. Until she says so, it's no driving or riding for me.mickthemaverick wrote: ↑02 Nov 2023, 16:58 It's about time we had another lunch get together and an opportunity has arisen. I will make it to one of them!
