I found this channel too - look at the number of subscribers.

Doesn't mean the info in his vlogs isn't useful

You have no idea how difficult it is to find decent vlogs relevant to the UK - on just about any subject.

Some potentially good viewing there :D In common with a lot of YT stuff, including the prolific output of HubNut, I do wonder where on earth they find the time to do it all...

Is it their full-time job or have they learned how not to sleep?

Whatever, massive kudos to them...

I have just linked this in the Hydrogen Thread but it covers a lot of different threads.
This company has been quietly working away since 2017 on modern technology for Medium Capacity Trucks. Not in the same league as Tesla by several levels but worth a mention IMO.

Just in case any of you wonder how I find the time to scour the Net, the answer is -

Gout.

This time of year is my Annual Painting and Decorating Time when I climb ladders to paint ceilings, stairwells and the like. Up ladders. Which is where the Gout comes in. A few years ago my GP stopped supplying Allopurinol for my Gout saying it was only Arthritis now and I should just rest and take Ibrupofen! As a result of this I now take Apple Cider Vinegar and Turmeric tablets and occassionally top them up with a drink made from said raw ingredients when symptoms flair up. Does it work? Yes. Is it totally effective? No. But Allopurinal was the same. My Gout can be Very Painful if untreated but the Apple Cider/turmeric does help with the pain - as Allopurinal did as well. What they both could not stop is the swollen feet and pain on the balls of my feet if I climb ladders. Unfortunately, only rest and time cures that.

Hence the spare time for surfing.

Yes, I do drink it. Yes, it is not the most pleasant taste. Yes, it works for me.

If it works then that's most excellent :D I take a lot of turmeric but I prefer it in curry form ;) And as for vinegar, I do too but in the form of Balsamic in which beetroot have been pickled... Beetroot is very good too...

There's a school of thought that says keeping very active is good for some forms of arthritis. My knees have it and they're much happier when I'm running... The worst thing I can do it sit down for too long... Getting up again is often agonising... I think Mick and James might have noticed on Tuesday...

Worst thing I can do is run a long distance and then sit down for a coffee in a cafe... Getting up again is 'interesting' but once moving again I'm as right as rain...

Hence, I rarely sit down for long these days...

Try adding Black Pepper to the mix. Something in the Black Pepper helps to 'activate' the Turmeric. This can be checked.

I use quite a bit of Ginger, Black Pepper and Turmeric in cooking as well and, where a recipe calls for Rice Wine, I substitute Apple Cider Vinegar. Quite a lot of spices originally had medicinal uses.

I can say that that is very true. Up until the Pandemic I played golf, generally walked or went to the range a fair bit. After that stopped I noticed a marked increase in problems. With it of course comes the increase in weight and that is a big problem too. As I write this I am tucking into shortbread and KitKats.
