Thanks a lot! Went to Citroën today. Have to wait until their manager gets back from holiday, but they would look into the TSB and might do the work. In the meantime I have made my own foam inserts to mimic the design in the pictures. We'll see!
On a positive note I had them look up campaigns on my car and their system showed that my car has had them all. That's good to know.

Hi Martin, just a word of caution here. I would not at this stage interfere or attempt a DIY repair, otherwise they can refuse to undertake the work free of charge, as they may consider that an external intervention and refuse the warranty work.
I strongly suggest you remove the foam and put up with the noise for a little longer and let them undertake the repairs themselves as they will do this on both sides of the vehicle according to the TSB.

As a follow-up I can mention that I just slid the foam strips under the weather strips in both sides of the car. Tested today in heavy wind conditions at 130 km/h and the problem seems to be gone. I just slid in the strips, no glue or anything, so they're easy to remove. And if Citroën decides they won't do the work I know the solution. They seemed VERY uninterested in even talking about the matter. I had to be quite insisting when I talked to the sales guy. It is a car from 2014 so it is out of warranty anyway. But still, thanks for the words of caution.
