I couldn't see any codes. All I could see was the descriptions that I wrote above. It was the first time I used the tool so maybe I just missed the codes but there didn't seem to be any. Also I'm not sure if it's normal but I had to manually input the VIN? And when I did the global test a few things didn't reply like the BSI, multifuction display, instrument panel, radio, airbag, power steering. Not sure if that's normal?

Oil Can wrote: 12 Apr 2022, 20:53 I scanned the car with diagbox. It's showing two faults in the Automatic Transmission Control Unit and two in the Engine ECU.

Automatic Transmission Control Unit
Remote permanent fault. CAN engine torque information. No signal.
Remote permanent fault. Injection throttle potentiometer (CAN). No signal

Engine ECU.
Intermittent fault. Throttle position sensor. Low stop.
Intermittent fault. Downstream oxygen sensor. Open circuit.

The two faults in the engine ECU cleared. The two faults in the automatic transmission wouldn't clear. Any ideas what the automatic transmission codes point to?
Googling didn't reveal anything. At a guess maybe the "Injection throttle potentiometer" and the "Throttle position sensor" are the same thing? It's just two ways of saying the throttle position sensor? And maybe the throttle position sensor is used as an input in Automatic Transmission Control Unit's calculation of torque? So if the TPS signal is missing the Auto Trans Control Unit can't calculate torque and you get those two codes. Maybe the codes are pointing to a throttle position sensor problem?

Another code came up. Engine ECU. Intermittent fault. Adaptation of the quantity of air entering the manifold.

I replaced the throttle position sensor and all the codes have gone away and haven't come back after a few days driving so that seems to have fixed the problem. The downstream oxygen sensor code was because the connector wasn't fully seated. Thought I'd add the post in case anyone has a similar problem and is reading this.

I'm happy to fix that problem but my VCI is not working fully. When I do a global scan I get the message "The ECU has not replied" for the BSI, Multifunction Display, CD Player, Instrument Panel, Airbag ECU, Radio. I'm pretty sure the car has all of those components. I found a post about a missing 10kohm pull-up resistor on the CAN circuit so I checked my board and the resistor was missing so I soldered one on but it made no difference. It still comes back with "The ECU has not replied". I also check for continuity between the board and the obd2 pins and they were all good. Any ideas what else to do?

What I've got is V7.57 APPLI_Fuji_P106138A V4.3.2 @ACTIA 03.01.14 921815 C/

Then it's likely they've sold you a substandard board. The giveaway is the price! A decent board from the UK will be about £100. The resistor is important otherwise you may have issues with the CAN networks. There may also be other components missing, substandard chips and missing optocouplers.

I attached a few pictures of the boards. I did a bit of reading and it seems this year 206 has multiplex, VAN and CAN. The tool read the engine, gearbox and ABS ECU. Maybe they are on CAN and the other things that can't be read are on VAN?
