Ok, so there are several options here for the rack.

The original OEM rack was part: 4000ZQ, £859.26
This has been replaced with a later part: 1617933980, £1,273.87, however if using this replacement rack, it also requires 2 new steering ball joints, Part: 381750 @ £53.76 each.

The alternative cheaper refurbished rack is part: 1663652180, £744.48.

Hi. The module is shown as a complete unit (ECU and Hydraulic Block).
C4 hyd block.PNG
Hydraulic Block Item (1)
OEM Replacement Part No: 4541FV, £1536.84
Reconditioned Part: 1682607080, £1510.21

All VAT inclusive direct from Citroen.

Just as an aside, I would first post up the specific issues you are having in the main Citroen technical section by creating a new Thread. Pop up any fault codes you may have there too, as many errors can be related to the ABS / ESP system without it actually being the hydraulic block / ECU itself. It's a lot of money to replace parts unless you are sure it's the module itself.
