On the passenger side, only mild to cold air comes out when the heater is on. I would like to replace the flaps from the inside and need the part number.

There are no 'flaps'. The flaps I believe are integrated into the evaporator itself. The reduction motors control the air mixing and air distribution, but these rarely fail. Before you go replacing motors which may not be the problem, I suggest you get the system checked out, as you may have a coolant blockage or an air leak or it may need degassing. I suggest you open a new thread up for this problem for further discussion there instead of here.

Whats the part no for the fuel pump in the tank ?
There isn't one - just a gauge unit on this:

Thanks for the info.

Doh 😣
Where does the electrical pump live ?
I guess it's a mechanical(back right on the motor) and an electrical pump, but where ? 😃

The High Pressure pump is an integral transfer pump and pumps the fuel from the tank via the fuel filter. It is shown at (1):

Citroen, DS Automobiles and Peugeot Official Part Number Requests

Unread post by Old Berlingo »

Hi Richard / Marc,

Thanks for your help so far but I’ve one, actually three more original part number requests for my old Berlingo. I had a little accident just after I got my car all fixed, would you believe 🤦???

The parts are:

. Thermostat housing, i want to have a new one laying around at home, just in case
. Bonnet hinges - yep, the bonnet was hit and it’s a mess.
. I don’t know the correct name for this one so I’ll just describe it, it’s the shield that fixes (I think) onto the curve of the passenger side inside fender and acts as a barrier between the tyre and the engine bay, protecting the engine from road debris. I’ve attached a pic of the damage which should help with the identification.

Cars deets are:
2001 Citroen Berlingo 1.4i petrol - right hand drive
VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Engine No.: FS87349945

Thanks again! :)

Hi Marc, thank you for the recent parts numbers, alas I may need a few more numbers, at least 2 are available from the dealer but unfortunately I can't get them in time so need to see if I can find them online. (See images for pipes I require and their image numbers in description {2- 7&8} ) - basically the air pipes for the (non intercooler) turbo.

VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Thank you.

Edit, sorry forgot to ask, can I get the part numbers for the front anti roll bar bushes too, i understand there's different sizes & unfortunately I don't know which size mine are.

Thanks.

I need the part number for front and rear springs and shock absorbers for my C4 Grand Picasso / Spacetourer as there had been some changes and some things are specific for Engine / gearbox combination:

@merlin667
Regarding the front springs, there are 4 variants depending on what you have already fitted, so will need to look at the colour markings carefully:

(1) Front Suspension Spring:

Colour Mark: 1 ORANGE + 1 WHITE + 1 BLUE, part: 9801945480, £132.94
Colour Mark: 1 ORANGE + 1 WHITE + 1 WHITE: 9801945380, £111.34
Colour Mark: 1 RED + 1 WHITE + 1 WHITE: 9801945680, £102.97
Colour Mark: 1 RED + 1 WHITE + 1 BLUE: 9801945780, £107.94

(1) Front Suspension Damper

OEM Original requires both:
1628564380, £129.28 &
9800965480, £0.90

Or Cheaper PSA Damper, part: 1635532480, £91.40
Merlin rear spring.png
(12) Rear Suspension Spring:

OEM (Mark: 1 ORANGE + 1 YELLOW + 1 WHITE), part: 9804028380, £158.72
Merlin rear damper.png
(1) Rear Suspension Damper, part: 9817404580, £116.15

Thank you Marc, yes, we did discuss the thermostat housing but I never got the actual part number as I had other requests in the mix and it wasn’t super urgent. I’ve been so fortunate finding this forum and really do appreciate all your help. Having original part numbers has made the job of tracking down parts so much easier, Believe it or not, parts for my 24 year old car are still out there, just not with Citroen.

Thanks again :-D

There's no distinction for RHD / LHD, just the following, but all NFP as you'd expect:
skull ax headlamps.png
(1) Complete Headlamp:

Left (H4 Seima), part: 95625002
Right (H4 Seima), part: 95625003

Left (CE Cibie - RMP 95625004), part: 95618749
Right (CE Cibie - RMP 95625005), part: 95618748

There is a bulb socket holder shown at (2), Seima = 95625006 and Cibie = 95654100
