207 CC 1.6 HDi
VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Hi, I'm servicing the above to bring it back to good health after neglect from previous owner.
They had a k&n style filter jammed onto the back of the MAF at the back of the engine sucking in some nice warm air the old box was in the boot but it seems to be missing some sort of insert where the 3 bolts meet the MAF. There doesn't seem to be any good seal between the 2 parts and inside the Airbox, the oval shape is asymmetric inside. Before I go out and get a completely new airbox is there a separate part for this missing piece?
Also, am I right in thinking the Total Energies Ineo First C2 0W-30 oil is still the best option for these older DPF vehicles?
Many thanks

Re: Citroen, DS Automobiles and Peugeot Official Part Number Requests
Here are t he diagrams for the air filter and secondly for the MAF: If you can see the specific part on any of them let me know Diagram 'A' or 'B' and the item numbers.
As for the specific oils as per the VIN:
Look at the latest Oil specification in the guide I have updated yesterday. Refer to the engine code (DV6TED4 with Particle Filter) under the Country 'A', 'DV' engine table:
Stellantis Recommended Engine Oils Updated 12th July 2024
Diag A Air Filter | Diag B MAF |

Re: Citroen, DS Automobiles and Peugeot Official Part Number Requests
Thanks Marc, it's probably just the seal (13) in Diag B although I still need to get (6) and (9) Diag A, I can see those on ebay so just the seal 13 B.
But I'm also wondering whether it's possible to forget the original design and have something similar to the fiesta with the airbox at the front. Probably a faff extending the MAF wiring though.

Evening all
Need to put a full set of discs and pads on a mates 508 but our local independant parts supplier says there is different diameters and wants them removing and measuring first, bit of a pain, I would like to do the job in 1 go
Vin, VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Is it possible to find out or if not the OE part numbers for the discs
Thanx

Re: Citroen, DS Automobiles and Peugeot Official Part Number Requests
Good morning,
A few questions, no rush:
Grey 308 SW, VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Rear trailing arm/beam - there is a bush front end of the beam, can you confirm number (and price likely for amusement value) of this bush? (I think it is 5134G4, Autodoc lists two: one with a 12 mm central hole, the other 16mm - so any dimension data listed is also useful.
Can you confirm if there should be an exhaust heat shield down centre of the car? (There is under fuel tank and another under rear silencer - but the main long straight length, hotter as nearer the engine: nothing at present! Seems odd)
Second, for the Blue 308 SW, VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Could I have a diagram for the aerial - not sure if GPS and radio (DAB) are both the roof mounted aerial?
Could you confirm if a towbar kit is listed for this car? Lots of aftermarket kits seem to state "excludes GT" so am interested if Peugeot also excluded this trim.
Thanks as always
