Re the mirror casing, it’s the plastic back of (1) that is damaged. I’ve found what I guess are after market replacements for the back of the mirror casing and bought a short arm one so hope there’s some way of removing the damaged bit and attaching the new part. I assume if they sell them, there is!

PSA don't sell the back casing separately on this mirror - it's a complete assembly, so not sure if the rear can be removed or if it's part of the entire assembly.

Yes this is my friend's car, he's just had the same issue I did. He's got the same car as me but the e-hdi engine instead of the hdi and wanted to make sure it's the same injector.

Thanks Richard, you got that right it is number 1 I need. I can get the pack of fasteners various on ebay. So just the part number for Number 1 but I can't confirm the number on it as that part is missing!! Thanks again Richard

Seems to be 7013EC, two part numbers are listed, the second being 'large' but is given as the superseeding part for the first one. You might want to look for a second hand one, however....
