Hi Marc,

Any idea what kind of coolant/antifreeze goes into Citroen c4 Grand Picasso?
VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Specific brand or number or w/e helps with finding the correct stuff.

GiveMeABreak is not employed by anyone in FCF, he's an enthusiast just like us, please give him time to reply as and when he can. He's never been wrong on a part number for me.

Hi Marc,
Looking for the part number of the upper rubber seal on a Peugeot Partner Esplanade drivers side 2003
It is the one not on the door but sits just below the roof line if that makes sense.
Vin is VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
No rush asking for a work mate as he has replaced it after getting some duff info.
Thanks

You also have a flag coming up for an after-sales campaign, ref HYX, concerning the following:
HYX - Under body protector

As customer satisfaction is our major concern, we would like to remind you that your vehicle cannot be driven off-road without specific equipment. Using your vehicle off-road means use on difficult terrain (construction site, rocky path, badly damaged roads, etc.) or on surfaces covered with vegetation (fields, grasses, forest lanes, …).The absence of this specific equipment might lead to some damages on the vehicle or a possible degradation of safety equipment. If you were to use your vehicle off-road, we invite you to contact as soon as possible your authorized repairer CITROEN that will inspect the vehicle and will propose you the adapted equipment available in accessory catalogue.

Missed the Pollen Filter:
walt pollen.PNG
(6) OEM Pass. Compartment Pollen Filters, part: 6447XF, £33.92
Cheaper Citroen Alternative, part: 1609998980, £18.19

The HYX is just an internal Reference for the specific after-sales campaign. There are different options for different engines, so the Campaign in this case is to discuss which one is suitable for you.

Thanks Marc bang on the money as always, part #9 is the offending article.
Think he also needs part 75, mentioned a clip broke.
Any idea if either are available or no longer stocked.

Cheers

Must of missed that one,
gaz tank.PNG
(20) PEF Additive Reservoir, part: 9815713180, £254.24 direct from Citroen / DS Autos.

There is no other part listed and no replacement part shown, so this is showing as the original reference for the tank. The 9815713080 is similar bar 1 digit, so may be a typo by online sellers....

Ignore sellers 'compatibility' rubbish or their crappy databases, they are invariably wrong!

If you have told Diagbox under replacement parts, that it has been replaced and it is not being recognised or picked up, then you may have another electrical issue separate to the tank. Specifically check the electrical connections from the wiring at the tank connector (physical pins, wires and the wiring way from the tank connector). Please create a new topic on the relevant forum for further discussion if you like.
