I forgot to add above just to rule out I tried another vac electrovalve also.

That's a thought. Where does that egr cleaner go.. Spray into the inlet? The next step which may have to wait till after I'm home is or was or will be to take the egr off and check all gaskets and clamps. But need yo get a pair of clip pliers first.

You would need to check (if you were to get a can of EGR cleaner), but I think it goes into the intake manifold.
