They disappoint me. Only bought the CD as I like Liz Fraser when she sings with This Mortal Coil.

Here are The Corrs with a very apt song of our times which I happen to like a lot:

I love the fact that Donna Air asked The Corrs "How did you all meet?".mickthemaverick wrote: ↑02 Dec 2020, 19:31Here are The Corrs with a very apt song of our times which I happen to like a lot:

Re: The FCF Musical Advent Calendar 2020
End of evening selection from me, one of my favourites from the 1970's. Not glam rock, and not really classifyable, just fantastic musicianship, and a tremendous depth and quality to their "sound".
Recommended listening location.....Pickled Egg Snug at the end of the evening, Wing back Armchair, Glass of Brandy, lights off only the glowing embers of a log fire. Turned up Loud so the music fills the space and drowns out all extraneous glass clinking and ash tray washing.
Try it, this is "The Last Unicorn"
Regards Neil

Re: The FCF Musical Advent Calendar 2020
And to start Day 3 with the calendar to keep us in time:
I'll start the ball rolling with a great track from Dire Straits, there are many, many recordings of the track available but I've gone for a live performance from Knebworth because I was there on my birthday
the year I retired from BT, spot the guest guitarist
