Day 6 has been a day of 3's. 33 groups have made it on to the calendar and 3 yellow cards issued. There was a report of the recipient trying to shoot himself but hopefully he has survived to fight another day. Now the calendar looks like this:
Own creation
as we head off onto the "H"s.
Again I've picked a starter which is unlikely to interfere with anyone else's plans, The Highwaymen with The Road Goes On Forever:
In my collection of things I have actually bothered to buy, I think the "H"'s only appear in two bands. The Human League as above, used to play the "League Unlimited Orchestra" on the in car entertainment cruising around and of course "Dare".
The other one was Heatwave. Not boogie nights/too hot to handle but this one "Always and Forever".
Just before the song the band give tribute to Rod Temperton on keyboards, who as well as writing all of Heatwave's hits went on to write some of the most iconic songs in pop music.....

After being subsequently recruited by record producer Quincy Jones, he wrote several internationally known hit songs performed by Michael Jackson, including "Thriller", "Off the Wall", and "Rock with You". He also wrote hit songs for George Benson, including "Give Me the Night" and "Love X Love", along with Patti Austin and James Ingram's United States number one hit "Baby, Come to Me" among many others.
Another Humble - The Humblebums AKA Gerry Rafferty and Billy Connolly. Her Father Didn't Like Me Anyway. I couldn't find any live performances unfortunately.
