Yes : )
Have to admit I only heard of it yesterday. Brain exploding stuff!
It's not exactly well publicised outside the scientific community. I got a bit involved when I was doing a Physics course with the OU in the 80s and the Durham summer school recruited some of us willing students to help with some number crunching of data produced by experiments with the Hadron Collider at CERN. I remember it was one of several terms and constants which came up on some of the sheets but our job was just assimilating and correlating the numbers in the columns on the sheets. No mass computing power available to do it in those days. We do tend to take that sort of data assimilation for granted these days as all the work our team of 6 completed in 5 evenings after course time would probably be done in a few seconds on an ipad these days!!
Anything with Mark Knopfler playing on it captures my interest, and a like for the originality of the Chlorine
Have you put your Ken Bruce Christmas decoration up yet ?
