You have to claim you're an independent trader but with your VIN you can access part numbers exploded diagrams etc. It's free to register free to look up a lot of stuff. You could buy a Haynes book of implausible methods but treat it like you would the national enquirer
There are no haynes for a MK III - they never did one - for future ref. and yes all repair documentation is chargeable... However there is not repair procedure for the pipe - as it's just a matter of replacing it.

But as Richard says getting it off is going to be a job and really needs to be done on a 4 post lift so you can see the routing.

Hey guys, I'm just here to give an update. Changed 90% of the pipe today. Took us 2 hours and didn't drop the tank. All done on gravel with only 1 axle stand.

I would still like to take advice of a good workshop manual for this car with the correct model year if possible. Otherwise I'll have to get the one for the 08 version.

What is the difference in the 08 and 10 model?

All credit to you for what youre doing. When I had to lie on gravel I had a piece of plywood under me it really helps! I don't know if the manual would be much different I'd imagine it would be useful for some things timing belt etc. 1 axle stand? Your young and slim I bet!

The thought of an axle stand on gravel makes me shudder.

Hehe you gotta do what you gotta do... :rofl2:

But i almost always have a thing plywood sheet under the garage jack and axle stands, helps distribute the load and the jack can roll forwards and backwards even if the car is on gravel that way.
