My thoughts are that one of them is either
Spoiler: show
Hugh Dennis doing an impersonation or one of AntandDec - but I don't know which one is which
Sadly no longer a C5 owner :(

It's not Tim Healy Steve, but you are right with your's Bobins. The other voice is very distinctive in the football world and was in the era he played for QPR, but made his name at Mick's lot and played for England.

Maybe the 90's was the finest hour of the funny TV Advert. I have been chuckling at a few.

Rowan Atkinson did a few of course for Barclaycard

When Lamborghini was asked why they did not produce any television advertisements the reply was that because those people who would buy a Lamborghini are not the sort of people who just sit down and watch TV.

Came across this bit of 80's nostalgia and a tongue in cheek advert for McEwans Best Scotch quite an attractive looking pint and a staple at the time along with Newcastle Exhibition in S&N pubs across the region. When ordering it was a pint of "Scotch" , or a Pint of "Ex".
