Yes, there were few 90bhp models so it was unlikely that fastjet would be lucky.

A bit late to the party, but if it helps....

As per VIN, Fastjet has a DW10ATED 110 with the BVM5, ML5C gearbox. The ML5C compact version is an evolution of the ML5T Gearbox:
  • Reduction in length: 14 mm
  • Improvements in the gear change forces and travels
  • New "chandelier" type gearbox control grille with specific gear lever gaiter
  • Reverse gear unlocking device
  • New flexible support for the transmitter on the hydraulic clutch control
  • New reverse gear switch
  • Increase in oil quantity due to the engine tilting

It all helps. I was always getting the ML5C and ML5T mixed up and hopefully I'll now remember which way round they go and what the difference is.

I removed the gearbox ratios for the other boxes because I didn't want to cloud the issue, just leaving the 20 LM 23 one there (serial number for this Box).

Hi, thank you for the diagram.

Looking at the diagram there would appear to be two bearing in the end of the gearbox, one behind the 5th gear and the other directly underneath. If I take the steel plate of, will I be able to replace the bearings?
Thanks
