Well it seems I'm screwed. Nobody in Sweden has this part. Either they throw it away or it comes with the engine... Do you guys think I can order from the UK or elsewhere in Europe? French cars are much more common in UK, France etc. Richard posted a pic from ebay. How would I call this part? Whatever I input in the search I can't find it. :)
Thanks

I looked by part code and came up with this :)
Maybe I'd preffer a second hand one but I think I have to go with a new one. Better than selling the car for parts I guess. :)

I searched on the part number (184699) - that one is in fact in Germany - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Engine-Suppo ... SwUDZcodW7

If you could find someone who has an engine with the bracket attached you could contact them and ask if they would just sell you that bit? I'm surprised that Citroen say it is not available - it's not listed as out of production, and has been used on recent models (eg C5 Mk 3).

eurocarcare have got one... https://www.eurocarcare.net/engine-moun ... acket.html Shipping £17.33 to Sweden.

If this is the part you want, it IS available from Citroen directly.

Item 9 on the diagram and is confirmed as part number 184699. That is the listed part number on your link and can be ordered from Citroen directly. The UK price from Citroen is £133.10 inc. 20% VAT over here.

Well it was Swedish Citroen. Swedes are known for not giving a damn about anything. :) I will order from Ebay.

Ok, so it looks like it’s the alternator bracket that has cracked (number 2 on the diagram). You’ll also need a new roller (number 5) when replacing this.

The bracket is priced at £87 (UK) which includes our VAT at 20%, so may be less with your local dealer.

One more question if you don't mind. :) The roller number 5 in this pic. Part number is 5751 E4. The one I took off my car has a larger diameter (78 mm instead of 65 mm). Seems the bigger one is 5751 60.
When I shop on autodoc.com it shows the 5751 60 as recommended. Don't know how much this influences. I guess I go with the recomended one..
Might change this thing as well if I'm switching out everything.

575160 seems to be for the C5 and a few other vehicles.

I would not use Autodoc for parts myself. I always use the official sources based on VIN. That way you know what was fitted and what should be there.

5751E4 is the correct part (No 5) based on your VIN from Citroen.

Is it possible that the wrong one was replaced previously - possibly contributing to the damage???

Seemed that Autodoc just had their data mishmashed a bit. I found a 5751E4 with same dimensions than the one that was on the car. After some further googling it seems they both have same dimensions.

Why is autodoc a bad idea? I know it's not ideal but I don't wanna be buying official parts on a car worth 1000-1500 eur. I wanna run it and service it as long as it will go since I like the car but was also thinking of scrapping it today because of the problems with the hood as well. There is also other issues like ABS/EPS light going on and off, some rattling sounds when I reverse the car, problems with exhaust etc. :) Constant headaches. But I guess that is the beauty of owning a french car? :)

The only thing I was suggesting is that you use the official sources for the correct PART numbers, not necessarily that you buy them from Citroen. Once you have the correct part numbers, it makes it easier to search for the correct parts and helps to eliminate the risk of getting the wrong parts.

When you think about is, your car is 20 years old now, so it has to be expected that you will have a few niggles, but hopefully nothing that can’t be sorted out.

So the development on this is that I got all the parts, rented the engine lift. The top 7 torx bolts for the engine mount were not too difficult, just really tight. Then I got to the problem at hand. I took off the first bolt with a bit of elbow grease. The size was 16mm. Then I moved on the rest and the next two bolts that I tried were so tight and on there that I just ended up taking off the thread from the bolt. Also seemed that the size was not 16 but not 15 either... Super weird. Might have been 16 but impossible to see anything because they are so hidden. I wish this was a bit easier like you guys on here suggested. :D
So I gave in at the end. Will find a mechanic and even then I hope the bolts are not too f*cked so they can get that thing off.

Thanks for all the help, appreciate it. But it seems it's not meant to be. Got my first full time job recently, so I might just get a new car with a cheap lease and sell this one... :)
