This one's a bit awkward with the additional suspension ECU - but from what I can see, the CAN wiring is only on the Suspension ECU part on top of the BHI unit, which has a 32 Pin black connector.
The other 2 sockets are the power for the pump motor:
(1) Is the Integrated Hydraulic Block (BHI)
'a' is the suspension ECU (but you also have another one that deals with the 4 height sensors and the variable power steering) - but ignore that for now.
This is for the Electric Pump Motor Command which should be one of the 2 connectors on the left.
This is a 2 pin black connector and should be the (7739): central electronic block motor.
B7739 in Pin 1 is the Battery Positive that goes to a relay
M7730 in Pin 2 is the Earth
7111 in Pin 2 also is the Electric Pump Motor Command:- so is this the paired wire you are talking about?
7739 should be on the unit according to the location:
C5 X7 rear suspension fun.

Re: C5 X7 rear suspension fun.
Yep 7111 is damaged (frayed internally) it looks like there should be a green cable on pin 1 too. The power cable b7839 and m7739 need to be pushed away from the pump body/to th wing and they almost always kick the pump in.
We did a long drive yesterday, with these held in place the back didn't drop. I need to get the tank out I think and repair the cabling in this area.

Ok, so at least you have the identification on the wires now.

Re: C5 X7 rear suspension fun.
Ok so you have had the pump out, cleaned it (have photos will try and upload them at some point). I checked the wiring and it looks ok. I did find something though and I wasn't sure if the clean would be enough. On the motor there is a little (7739) PCB sandwiched between an aluminium mount and a plastic top this is what the wires above plug into. Shoving this forwards/backwards (depends when you do it) kicks the pump in under force when force removed the pump most of the time stops. I didn't dismantle this, when I started to it took more force than I was willing to put into it. This has to be where the issue is. Something in there is loose or has a dry joint. The bad news is I couldn't test the pump with the supply tank off so I have the whole thing back together now. I may see how I feel in a little bit and take it apart again. But I did wonder if anyone has ever taken this apart before?

Re: C5 X7 rear suspension fun.
There are some videos of pump rebuilds - but that was for the LDS leaking into the bushes and creating a right mess leading to overheating. So not sure that will be any use as yours will be a different issue no doubt.

Marc, are you able to get me the part no for the pump that fits my car? The labels on mine are blank, I may buy a compatible one and re program it.

It's 5277K5 Andy. Important to get this one if you want to avoid configuring it
... or replace the ECU with the one from your original BHI (assuming that's not dodgy either of course).

Marc, have you got exploded diagrams of the coolant pipe s on the 2.7 there is a low down metal pipe that has corroded on mine it's on the passenger side if it helps. Citroen have ordered the wrong part! So after over a week of waiting I am still screwed.

Interesting that's not the one for my car, on mine it's part 11 on the 2.7. is there any where you can recommend to get these sorts of parts at a reasonable price?

Re: C5 X7 rear suspension fun.
Hi,
I could well do with a picture of the rear suspension actuator arm in closed/lowered position for a 2009 2.0 HDi C5 X7.
Or a diagram might help otherwise.
Cheers
AJ
