Re: How many miles in the month?
Clueless. I did wander round to my son's as I thought the car would need filling up. Oddly, it was still almost half full so just left it there.
Failed to check the mileage covered
May get it back tomorrow.
Won't have been many miles for me, about a hundred I imagine, same in daughter's C3.
About fifty on foot, mostly walking home from dropping the C3 for repairs, service and MOT, then walking there to pick it up when done, plus a few miles to shops and general wandering around.

Re: How many miles in the month?
Carpe diem to one and all.
If ever there was a day to start off using this thread as a notepad to record your odometers at the start of a year this is it
I'll do the maths later but here are my end of 2021, start of 2022 odometer official photographs.
71930-71751=179 miles Micra in December
46941-46308=633 miles Leaf in December
Total 812 miles. MIcra back following its out of area holiday duties in November, to a more normal month of van like toil.
Regards Neil

I am very adept at messing up the trip meters and forgetting which is which out of them.

210 miles, that's between two of us.
If that weren't dismal enough, 24.7 mpg.

Re: How many miles in the month?
Regarding your destinations, I had a new thing pop up on my Google account. My locations visited.
It first came about when I typed in a set of coordinates from a dashcam that looked to be Manchester area.
I dropped me in the middle of a blue patch, that turned out to be the north sea as i zoomed out
Zooming out further gave a load of yellow 'stickers' throughout the country, one of which was my son's house in London. I had searched for it when I went to Malcolm's funeral, stopped there on the way down and then on the way home.
Had another look later and there were lots of places that I had been, including St. Leonards (funeral venue and a couple of other stops there)
Also Brum, where I went to an Heather Nova concert, that would be 1995 IIRC, also showed Newcastle Under Lyme where we stopped for petrol, plus loads of other historic locations - FCF rally in Wetherby etc.
But hitty-missy. Cosford but not Little Horwood. Nor Jim's in Newport Pagnall and many others noticeable by their absence, including recent ones. Some are there but I was out on Sunday, it showed me on two places at the end of the road but not the rest of the trip.
Big Brother is watching but apparently snoozing at times.
Was supposed to be on Teeside today but failed to achieve the requisite momentum to take me there.

Re: How many miles in the month?
It did get me going to the car wash (first time in seven months)
I like that it knows when I am walking - most of the time but it does make mistakes.
After the car wash, the petrol shop to fill up (and reset the trip meters) then drop car at son's and walk home
Even shows my walk through the park, scenic rout home.
Perhaps I should be worried.

Re: How many miles in the month?
January has been a very quiet month for me so only:
0 in MX3
315 in Subaru
0 in Airbus 321
0 in RX400H
Total 315
Which takes me nicely to a car I don't even remember!!

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: How many miles in the month?
I'm not a great follower of the BMW stable but one very much caught my eye in one of the upcoming auctions. £70 K Plus Estimate so I'll not bludgeon completely off topic in the Classics under £10k thread, but I'm going to slip it in in favourite colours for cars..."gleaming white and chrome"

Re: How many miles in the month?
I'm new so this will be the initial reading:
291674 km
Must reach 300 000 km before my new car is delivered, which, in today's context, won't be a problem, I'm sure. My estimation for March would be 1500 to 2000km - I do have 2 planned trips.
PS: Just checked Google - 2272 km of driving in February.

Re: How many miles in the month?
Was about to check when son cleared off with the car again. I was supposed to have it Thursday to Wednesday.
I could use the Google tracking thingy that knows everywhere I go.
Except for yesterday when I left my phone at home and fooled it.
Looks too much like hard work though.
