Oh, dear.
It sounds as though you've given up on saving the plastic, which I suspect is the immobiliser and stop solenoid integrated into one. If so, a thin disc in a Dremel can be used to cut a slot in the top of the shear bolt, with collateral damage to the surrounding plastic, then an impact driver, used carefully, should be enough to get them moving.
It still looks easier than the metal armour, which took me over a week of evenings, in summer conditions, to defeat.
In fairness, I was trying to save mine, for cosmetic reasons.
I wonder can you fit a standard solenoid in it's place, when you finally get it out, or do you need the same part to put back in...
