Yes, bottom of the windscreen pillars IIRC. A real bitch of a place if you're going to do a restoration.

Strange that the "Cyclops" was so adventurous (avant garde, one might say) yet the P4 developed into the epitome of British traditionalism & conventionality.

Our family had one when I was a kid in Singapore... to young to remember but we have photos. Dad sold it for a Beetle.

The biggest problem we had with the Alfa lights was that the Italians used steel connectors instead of copper or aluminium and they rusted terribly, especially the earths, endless back feeds were a real nightmare.

The trouble with Italian lights is they were meant, primarily, for Fiats & Lancias & therefore designed to rust at the same rate, it would seem.

That particular Alpha front end really is quite special though - & always loved those boat-tail Rivs!

After too many years (long ago) I realised the Italians build their washing machines the same way, if Indesit and Zanussi are anything to go by. The house now runs on Bosch/Siemens. Lesson learned.

Interesting enough, nice face, but you will have to go back to 1930's America to identify it I suspect.
