C4 VTS - Volume bar and title not outlined correctly

Hi,

It turns out that there are different SW version for the MFC. The older versions displays volume bars black on gray background that is not that clear. The newer version displays the bars and title black on the orange background that is much more clear. I bought an MFC from 2008 C4 and now the volume bars and title displayed clear. As it was form Ireland I had to configure it to KM and Liters instead miles and gallon.

It's not the just the software, it's the hardware too. There are dozens of these units - all different depending on application, each with Different part numbers.

Yes it does look different than the original one ( black enclosure VS white ). It looks like screen updating is faster when switching "Windows". Having saying that I checked the part number for both ( the seller provided the VIN ) and it is identical

For information, your original screen had part number 6155W9. Then it was later replaced with part 6593T2.
