Slightly off topic, probably not that rusty, and looks like it could be revived....
but when was the last time you saw a FIAT X1/9?

I can't remember the last one I saw but it has been ages.
Our at-the-time family doctor had one around 1980 and he ran it into a bus in Washington bus station and shattered both his legs.

The one in Neil's photo is one of those Chinese fake ones - you can tell that because it hasn't dissolved in the rain yet

Timmo...............that looks like an eminently repeatable event unless the inlaws just get a visit once a year on Boxing Day![]()
Take your camera, act as suspicious as possible, and get us a gallery of FSO pics![]()
May even rival this one......the translation of the article header Samochód marzeń is "Car of Dreams"

The Fire Brigade get a succession of MOT failure/pre-scrapyard cars to practice cutting off roofs etc.
Currently in there is a Honda Jazz, an Astra, and a French representative an X-Reg Laguna in gold/champagne or whatever the shade, no doubt full of NFP parts!

Stumbled across this old Nissen in Craster today. Lovely if beautifully rusty patina. Quite a rarity bigger than the standard, and fitted with distinctive windows....

You need to collect the set, Neil. You also need a Quonset, a Romney, and an Iris. I think I might have a photo of an Iris hut out in the wild somewhere

I thought you might know about such things. Nice that its still there, sort of thing easily upset new residents might complain of being an eyesore. I did consult "Derelict Places Documenting Decay" and discovered the Craster Chain Home Low Radar Station never realised there was one.

Fascinating I liked the posters description of some other Northumberland hidden gems
Regards NeilI found this next lozenge pillbox by accident (S0013362 the DoB position is wrong as it was at the side of the road almost hidden by the hedge) It is at Morwick in Northumberland and it is the cleanest lozenge I have ever been in, it's a beauty

Just found a couple of photos from when we were getting a couple of cars uplifted from outside a friend's house.
What does an already rusty, end of life Lada look like after it's been forgotten about for 20 years?
Something like this!
Think that qualifies as a rusty wreck!
