Are Gates kits of good quality ?

The second kit has arrive the belt kit, very pleased with the service : )

On the tensioner there are two pins, no instructions with the kit or online that I can find.

The original tensioner is released and tensioned with a spanner on the centre nut.

This replacement I think is ready retracted and released by pulling the two pins arrowed ?

Can anyone verify this in case I fit it myself.
