I hope so - they are no longer available now as I mentioned, but part is 6224G9 of you need to source one second hand.

Hi,

Im have left and rght hand static cornering light: Open circuit.
In BSI i have these errors:
C9AA and C9AB. Any idea where is should start looking for?
Is there a relay responsible for this or a fuse maybe?

This is an open circuit fault on both lamps. Check out Fuse F6 (10A) in the engine Fuse box (air flowmeter - directional lighting - headlamps dynamic correction control unit - diagnostic socket)

C9AA: Lighting fault on the left-hand static cornering light: Open circuit
C9AB: Lighting fault on the right-hand static cornering light: Open circuit
Static Lights.PNG
6606 : dynamic headlamp beam correction unit
2715 : left static turning bulb earth
2707 : left-hand corner light control
9043 : headlamp LIN bus
2709 : right-hand corner light control
2716 : right static turning bulb earth

Have you changed the bulbs or replaced with LEDs by any chance....?

Hi,
Thanks for you answer.
F6 fuse is ok. No LED's, original new bulbs.

Also i noticed two things -> During global scanning i cannot connect to:
Dynamic headlamp tilt corrector.

Is this a normal thing for C5 x7? i have hydro suspension and xenon lights.
Second thing when i force daylights to turn on xenon beams don't move at all. I mean, my xenon lights don't move like ones here (at aprox from 00:10-00:13 seconds):

If you have a fault with the Dynamic Beam Correction unit, then the headlamps will default to a backup mode - i.e. they will remain static. It is the same as switching the directional headlamps off in the steering wheel accessed menu under lighting configuration.

I'm not sure what you have set up - but normally, DRLs are only on during the daytime, but go off when the main headlamps are switched on.

i know now where the problem is now. By default there were normal beams and first user installed xenon lights. I decoded my vin and there are "normal headlights" listed instead of xenon ones.
Still thanks for you help :)

That will explain it then. The BSI obviously needs setting up for the correct options. Best of luck.

Hello everyone, I am beside myself with my directional headlights on my DS5 Hybrid4, I found one of the links on the levelling system had popped off this was after my directional adaptive headlight fault came up and lights did nothing but at least they are levelling automatically but still throwing fault service light up for adaptive headlights. I will get my local garage to see if the level sensors do need replacing, anyway what are the possible causes of my left right movement not working on my lights please ?

The vehicle height sensors on the axles are responsible for providing the vehicle height information to the headlight ECU. These over time can rust or become stuck, and when they fail the headlamp ECU will go into backup mode - that means the lights will work and level, but you will lose the directional function.
