Re: Directional headlights fault C5
Ok, so the P1351 is not related - it means that the glow plug relay is supplied with power, but is not closing when commanded by the ECU. So this may be faulty glow plugs or the relay.
Next U1205: There are 2 situations where this code can show - but it is important to know which applies to you:
(1) If the fault U1205 code is present (when doing a diagnostic), and there is also an ESP warning lamp on the dashboard, then there is a fault with the system.
(2) If the fault U1205 code is present only in the diagnostic equipment and there is no ESP warning lamp on the dashboard, then you can ignore this fault.
If (2) applies to you, where there is no ESP dashboard warning lamp, this fault can happen when the ESP ECU is being read / interrogated by the diagnostic equipment and is perfectly normal - there is no fault.
U2005 can generally be ignored - Remote controlled ECU wake-up: Plausibility between main wake-up and speed. This is also related to diagnostics when the car is stationary.
So that leaves your 9110 code and this is not a recognised fault code that is showing - however, I have looked up a similar description for my C5 X7 with directional headlamps and there is a B1110 code: Off centring of the right-hand headlamp azimuth motor: Not characterised
So it would appear that your right hand headlamp motor is not centring properly and that is causing your intermittent fault.
So here is the diagram of the 2 main components:
Item (5) is the headlamp motor - one on each lamp. They are part number: 6224G9, but are no longer available from Citroen. But at least you can use this part to search for a spare.
Item (1) is the Automatic Headlight Adjustment unit and this is part: 6224R6 which is available (just in case you need it).
So I think the right hand motor is faulty or wearing out and probably needs replacing. So do a google on 'Citroen 6224G9' and see what's available in your area.

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
Thank you so much! With the U1205, (2) applies to me, I have no ESP dashboard warning light on. So I willl ignore the rest and try to search a spare headlight motor(I assume it's the same part No for Left/Right), if that doesn't work I will try to replace the Automatic Headlight Adjustment Unit. Hopefully it saves me from replacing the expensive COM2000 unit. I'll keep you posted with any progress. Cheers!

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
No problem, I can't see that it can be anything else apart from the motor at this stage - but fingers crossed. You could swap the motors around go for a drive and then re-diagnose the car. If a similar fault comes up B1129 or 1129 which is the same fault on my car if it was the Left Hand motor, then you know that it is the motor - but I'm not sure what's involved in that part as there is not specific info on removing those - so will be trial and error.

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
Hello everyone, on my Citroen C5 the same problem with the turning lights. In Lexia, the error code is P05D2 in the Suspension section. And when you start the test of the headlights, the right one moves to the right when moving to the right, then it returns a little to the center and turns right to the stop until it stops. Tell me what is the problem? There are suspicions that the matter is in the motor itself of the rotary mechanism. Thank you in advance for your advice and help.

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
The code P05D2 in the suspension ECU is normal when using Lexia / Diagox. The code appears when the diagnostic kit interrogates the ECU - it can be ignored as long as there are no associated warning lamps on the dashboard display.
I'm not sure what your lighting problem is? The system self-tests when the headlamps are switched on. What is the exact issue with the headlamps (when driving)?

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
when driving, a Directional headlights fault and Automatic headlamp adjustment faulty error appears, and the dipped headlight flashes on the dashboard, and after that the headlights no longer turn, but after you muffle and start the car again, the headlights work until the same appears error message

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
So have you run a global diagnostic and if so, are you getting any other fault code? There should be a fault code generated - if it is intermittent, the code should be logged int he fault history somewhere.

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
in the global test there is still an error on the driver’s door, because the heating element of the mirror is broken, there is still an error on the right front parking sensors ABC3, and in the headlights section there is an error P05D2, there is also an error on the tracking sensor for tracking the strip (but after a small accident I do not have this whole mechanism)

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
Can you explain what you mean here? Are you referring to a suspension height corrector? If any one of these is faulty, then it will casue a headlight error and they will revert back to static headlamps.error on the tracking sensor for tracking the strip

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
I think that the height sensors are ok, because the car both lowers and rises as expected, I meant the tracking system for crossing the lane

AFIL - ok, that won't have anything to do with the lights then. So it is likely to be a failed / failing motor in one of the headlamp units. These are the faults that can be read:
These are the actuator tests you can undertake:

Left Hand Driving Lamp Test

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
I did these tests, and both headlights perform the actions that should, the only caveat is that the right headlight moves to the right when turning right, then returns to the center a little and then turns right to the end

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
Right, centre, then right and stays there?
I'm not sure I'm understanding that last bit. When the vehicle is moving, if you turn the wheel right or left , it should turn turn according to the angle of the steering wheel anywhere in increments up to the maximum permitted angle.
If you then stop or go under the speed needed for activation, the lamps return to centre position, even if the steering wheel is still turned to the left or right position. When you start moving again or reach the min speed needed, and the wheel is already turned left or right, the lamps will go back to the maximum angle permitted. That is normal function. So unless you mean something else I don't understand the problem.
But, try looking int he fault log history and see what other faults are recorded - because if it is intermittent, it may not be registering a permanent fault code.

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
no, when testing the right headlight, there is an action turning to the right, my headlight starts moving to the right, then it returns almost to the center and then only moves to the end to the right, and it should just turn as much as possible to the right in one movement

Re: Directional headlights fault C5
Ok, so as I suggested earlier in the thread - you could confirm if the right hand motor is faulty by swapping it with the left hand motor (they are the same). If the problem is the same, then it may be wiring or headlamp ECU, but if it works normally, then it is likely to be the motor unit.
