My penny appears to be stuck unless you are referring to the fact that the Carnforth clock was restored, ie fixed? :-D
Sorry Mick, was hoping to help.

Try this query comes up with 7 of my posts
Search term Joyce
Author NewcastleFalcon

Comes up (probably with 7 posts now I have mentioned Joyce Again...so our post will be number 7 ie the oldest :-D

Its all to do with....and this is a cryptic clue to cringe at. You will not need it if you follow the FCF search as above precisely. :-D

The bloke who arranges the reds in the triangle before a snooker match starts and a foul shot which results in 4 away when the cue ball disappears down a pocket after striking another ball, and who played it in the film :-D

Good Luck stick with it!

The daily exercise

100% today :-D What a performance on the original today 1 second and a track 14 years out of my comfort zone :!: :-D , and a clean sweep of the rest of the "usuals" in the minimum time.

Original Heardle https://www.spotify.com/heardle/
60's heardle, https://www.60s.heardledecades.com/
70's heardle, https://www.70s.heardledecades.com/

In order today went,
Original, 1 second 60's 2 seconds 70's 2 seconds , 80's 2 seconds

Boosted by slight overconfidence I visited the 90's for a bonus, also knew the song at 2 seconds but couldn't name it.

Instantaneous recognition of a true 60s classic followed by a vague idea of the 70s and no chance on the 80s! :-D

Original: No. Never heard of it or them.

Sixties: Instant!

Seventies: Vague recognition although I almost stopped it with all the clattering and banging at the beginning.
Usually like their stuff but not this.

Eighties: No and no surprise, don't like him other than one single song.

The daily exercise

60% today :-D
I have an idea for Heardle Original....lets have one excluding the US of A, or at least the insignificant dross from the US of A.

Original Heardle https://www.spotify.com/heardle/
60's heardle, https://www.60s.heardledecades.com/
70's heardle, https://www.70s.heardledecades.com/
80's heardle https://heardle80s.com/

In order today went,
Original, Fail 60's 2 seconds bullseye for all with that one 70's 8 Seconds...maybe Gibbo would get that one , 80's Fail, took far too long to get to the point

So how do you work that one out Neil 2 fails, 2 right and you claim 60% :?:

Yes, did the optional bonus of Heardle 90's and got it in 12 Seconds 3 out of 5, 60%

here endeth my 20,095th post on the FCF, not my best, that was post number 19,998 viewtopic.php?p=723220#p723220

The daily exercise

80% today 4 out of 5 :-D Allowable Original fail (2019) not familiar with the artist or her songs , nailed the rest.

Original Heardle https://www.spotify.com/heardle/
60's heardle, https://www.60s.heardledecades.com/
70's heardle, https://www.70s.heardledecades.com/
80's heardle https://heardle80s.com/

In order today went,
Original, Fail 60's 2 seconds 70's 8 seconds , 80's 2 seconds

Boosted by slight overconfidence I visited the 90's
https://www.90s.heardledecades.com/
Got it in 17 seconds with no knowledge whatsoever of the track or artist, just pure animal cunning :-D
