its Green Man so in that case we have, Green, resin, Red Adair,? If that is amber resin then it is the traffic light sequence but I can't think of an object to represent red and amber so struggling there!!

I would say probably impossible to get off the top of your head unless you know the city and its architecture extremely intimately. I know the city very well, but never noticed it.

So some easy enough clues. It has Seven of those windows and each has a stanza/verse from a poem on it you can guess the sequence from the pic.

So answer the question Who is the Poet and you are half way there to the location.
