Allendale Brewery, and a very nice little watering hole Coffee and Kuriosities. Normally the ridiculous us of the "K" would annoy me so much I would boycott the business altogether, but really it was totally excellent, a real family start-up, and a gorgeous day to sit outside with our coffee and kake (and the kakes were excellent! home made by the mother of the owner!)
Are they running KDE?

Something missing from your link Steve should be this...

https://kde.org/

I could do with a free video editor https://kdenlive.org/en/

Been nearly a couple of weeks since the BB Micra had a run out, so the thermos, teabags and instant coffee and a small bar of Lindt Salted Caramel Chocolate were packed and took it on a drive around the Northumberland Countryside. It wasn't the best of afternoons for weather, but at times the light was dramatic and the sky what you might describe as brooding, and a strong cold wind.

BB Micra got its "from time to time" run out today down to the seaside and a £10 top up of fossil at Morrisons. With this contactless stuff, the pump very nearly refused as I transposed the last two digits on my pin twice hardly ever use it now.

Hasn't happened to me but allegedly after 15 contactless payments you need to make a 'contact' payment to affirm that the card you are using is yours.

That is a security procedure to limit fraudulent transactions (such as if your card was stolen). Waitrose, for their customer use handsets, will require a rescan every so often for the same reason (just in case a customer tries to get away without paying for something that they put into their basket without scanning).

68,000? Barely run in :D

13 litres will see her good for many, many miles but i do hope it was not proper four-star... Her cat will not be happy if it was ;)

Can you even still get proper leaded four star nowadays? The last garage I saw flogging it as a specialist fuel was around 2002...

There are typically two 'ratings' of fuel; normal and 'performance' (which has a higher whatever count).
