Neil, there's a job for you at GCHQ . . . or University Challenge (Questions department) . . . or . . . #-o

Yes, earning a crust for doing something you enjoy would be the dream job!

An excellent crop :) Enjoyed this thread immensely this morning...

I love the green Cheddar and Wedmore bus. Bet that had fun grinding up the gorge!!!
Always good to get a bit of feedback Jim pleased you are enjoying the thread. The more participants infected with insatiable curiosity and an enjoyment of an exploration of creative and random interpretations of the theme of a thread the better. Certainly adds to the enjoyment for me personally when others join in!

So near and yet so far (or possibly not far enough !)
Bear with me on this........
Neil's translation into hex-dec has given us C2CFD3, to which I thought - c2c.... coast to coast path...... and the length of the c2c path is.......? 192 miles :? Out by 2 miles

Alternatively, for the chemists out there, does C2CFD3 translate into any compounds ? Di-Carbon soething-or-other ?

Like the thinking :-D

As for Chemistry, if no one has invented that compound it could be quite a potent mixture with a bit of Flourine, Deuterium (no chemical element symbol D but Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen and can be identified "D") and a bit of Carbon to get the fire going!

Another question springing from the landmark post....

Where's Harlequin? The 500,000th post author!

A whole thread dedicated to those well chosen words "What about the C5 reworks? 194 > 207 then 211" but no post from the Architect of those words :-D

Have to admit, I haven't bothered researching to find out what the context of the comment was, in some ways it would spoil the fun!

So just in case our Harlequin hasn't noticed the thread I'll put in a direct quote from the original thread :-D

194 is the number
If ever you feel the need of the police in Yemen; ambulance in Croatia or Serbia or Macedonia or Kiribati; or the federal police in Brazil

I've spent many days exploring and photographing at the former ClF3 facility in Germany. Now that was a potent concoction. They struggled a bit to come up with a way of extinguishing it in the event of an unwanted reaction  Fascinating site though !

As for C2CFD3, isn't that the strange material that Xantia clutch cable clips are made of ?

I thought C2CFD3 was piped into the ventilation system at the PSA design studios to inhibit the logic functions of their design teams?
