Which reminds me that on my last trip to Whitby there were extensive roadworks around the Tees Flyover with many of the legendary "This Notice Not In Use" notices.

Whitby is a nightmare. I got out when I was twenty and only go there of necessity.
Parking was always difficult. I park on my brother's drive and don't go into town any more.
