Have a look here https://www.tecmotor.fr/huile-transmiss ... four-stars . Make sure yours uses 3309 and not the later one, is it JW1? It should say on a sticker in the engine bay. It's a fuel economy / environmental regulation depending on age of vehicle thus the Euro 4/5 category.

Re: Aisin Tf-80 / AM6 Oil Change Questions (Mini-Guide Page 4)
I couldn't find sticker with relevant information in the engine bay.
I know the Mobil1, but the mannol most cheaper, that's why I asked opinions.

I tried not to show my disappointment....but he spotted me sobbing in the corner!
Yep, I spoke to the dealer in Mansfield a few weeks ago - they quoted me....wait for it....£600+!! That was for the full (7 ltrs?) amount of fluid, presumably Citroen-branded stuff, and obviously their extortionate labour costs.
I'm now back to thinking I'll just sell the car if I start getting any symptoms, seems less hassle tbh!
Pete
This is a good quote, as, I am not sure I have read it on FCF or esle where, but there is someone out there, calculated that to change the whole 7 liters of oil you need you need a large number of drain/fill cycles, for example each drain/fill action will replace around 51% of the dirty oil. to replace most of the dirty oil you are probably looking at arleast 5 or 6 drain/fill cycles at about 3 litres each cycle which looks about 15 to 18 litres of oil ++++ - I think they told you wrong I think they should have said we will flush 7 litres through you gearbox.
And..........I asked my local dealer for some Genuine Citroen oil and the price was over £40 a litre!! - special stuff see Just bought 6 litres of Total LV (AW-1 Spec) for £40 as I plan on doing another change either this or next weekend.
Barbrady - you are looking for markings like these

Ok, the rule is:
Don't get confused with "Level 5" referred to on the VIN specifications - which is purely a PSA reference and not the same as the Euro Standards.
- EURO 5 engine: AW-1 oil
- EURO 4 engine: JWS 3309 ESSO oil

It seems this sticker is under the air filter house. Isn't it?

It means, this oil is good for it. Anybody knows Mannol products?

Or use the link I supplied above, 51 euros for 7 litres, so €7,30 a litre.

Thaks for everybody, but I can get 1 liter Mannol for 3,75 EUR here in Hungary. So the difference is significant.
