I've experienced worse than that Mike long before the advent of dashcams I think I posted all about it before on here, the result was a t bone collision and the death of the driver.

That's awful Gibbo!

Sadly, I too have come across a few fatalities over the years.
I was first on-scene for two of them, both on a motorway, while a third turned out to be a fellow biker.
