Hows the dash for you Mick?

I quite like the look of that, mainly because it looks like it was intrinsic in the design rather than some body's afterthought! At least the main driving instruments are in front of the driver and of analogue presentation so the "infotainment" screen can probably be turned off once you have set your ventilation and sounds, unless using the maps of course. As BEV dashes go definitely one of my preferred options so far!! :-D

I fear you may have thought the same as me Steve, an ICE on the charger? In fact there was a charging lead (yellow in the picture) plugged into what appeared to be the nearside front wing area. I assumed it is a hybrid and hence no flashes? :)

In fact that does make sense: :-D

Presumed an ICE due to the twin smokes.

I have also spotted an electric vehicle, one of the little VW group triplets, with a 21 plate and a green flash.

The triplets are
VW e-up...
Skoda Citigo-e
SEAT Mii Electric

Have to look up their latest status. VW throttled the Skoda Citigo-e too popular too cheap to fit in with VW's "far too pricy for what they are" reputation. I sort of think the Seat Mii electric may have gone the same way.

Didnt get a pic of the White SEAT Mii but its just like this example of the Skoda branded third of the triplets

Spotted in a different way for me today, a seagull emptied it's guts from end to end on the Zoe. Had to wash it to see out. don't know what it had been eating but it looked liked red ink.

Nice colour for a MG5 SW EV just over the border where the electricity is free (at some places still as long as you have a chargeplacescotland card :-D ) I like the old fashioned name of Station Wagon being unintelligibly lost in initials.

I often wondered what the 'SW' meant.

SW is usually used for "Station Wagon" meaning a Estate / Combi type of car. Kia Ceed uses the same SW abbreviation but they say it stands for "Sports Wagon" but, of course, it's stiil a Station Wagon and there is nothing sporty about a 1.0 Turbo petrol engine.

^ The Peugeot was the one I was thinking of.
Almost bought one, although it was a 408SW.

Most Likely Peugeot 508. I drove a brand new 508 with the 1.6 Turbo Petrol and it was pretty nice, later to find out that that engine was not the most reliable.
