Beware with pay as you go some providers will bin your credit if it isn't used in 30, 60 or 90 days. Worth reading the small print.

It's a shame that the three network Sim doesn't work in your phone. With three, there is no limit to the credit having to be used up.

Re: Navidrive 3D
Regarding the breakdown service, I am actually with Citroen breakdown. I think this is serviced by either the AA or green flag. When you get through to the service centre are usually ask you for your reg number, and then they will direct assistance to you. I'm not sure how or if it works or they will direct you to another contractor if you don't have cover with citron. It may be worth a call to them to find out. When the car was new it did come with a least 12 months Citroen assist service.

And it's now back to the pollen filter and sanitisation procedure that I'm doing for your viewing pleasure. That is, sanitisation procedure on the car of course!

He's changing his pollen filter today and disinfecting the inside of the housing. Expect a thorough write up and full colour photographs in the near future.

Re: Navidrive 3D
I would imagine that you need to store the phone number of your breakdown service on the SIM . I've never done it but I would think it'd be tons easier to pop the SIM into a regular mobile phone to do it.

Why? I thought the whole point of having that button is that they divert the call for you. Or have I misunderstood what you said?Paul-R wrote:I would imagine that you need to store the phone number of your breakdown service on the SIM . I didn't realise that there were so many posts on this page but my reply above is to this.
hoggers wrote:Bought a Pay As Yo Go EE SIM today and popped it in and all is working fine. When you call the breakdown people - how does it work exactly? I've got breakdown cover with my bank card so do they do all that or do I have to have some sort of plan with Citroen??

Re: Navidrive 3D
I really don't know. The button is for Citroen Assist isn't it? I thought the question was about your own breakdown service.

Basically, if you have Citroen Assist - then they will do all the necessaries for you. - That's the Chevrons Button. The Emergency SOS button is for emergencies depending on country - either 112 or your own emergency Country's emergency number. It should already be configured in the head unit a new.
