It was the C5 Mk1's that used an alloy spare...very sort after as "steelies" (but lighter) by the 306 modder groups

What size wheel is it and what size and make of tyre is fitted?

If that's a question for me, then it's a 17" with a Primewell 225/55/17. Date stamp: 4010
I don't think the wheel has ever been used, but I swapped the tyres 'round some time ago - hence it's a worn tyre on it.

It was. I was just asking on behalf of anyone interested.

I have a 136 HP c5 tourer '09 with 17" alloy wheel. Can I put to it 16" original citroen steel wheel? Is there enough place?

I would be careful about changing the wheels to smaller sizes, one reason being the car was designed to run on certain sizes - a smaller size may void your insurance in an accident.

Also, bear in mind that equipment such as the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (if fitted), especially factory fitted systems, have a different Under Inflation Receiver / ECU based on the size of the wheels and tyres fitted to the vehicle.

16" will fit just fine on HDi 136, brakes aren't that big. I think all confort-trim C5 X7 came with 16" wheels as standard in Finland. I had 17" alloys on my HDi 136 for summer tires and 16" (first set 225/60 and later 205/65) for winter tires - no problem. And I didn't even have pressure monitors on my winter tires. With those 205 it felt like driving on soap bubles even on dry asphalt, so I cannot recommend them to everyone. On ice and snow they were just perfect. At least in Finland you can change tyre width 2cm, with C5 X7 you just have to check that new tyre has high enough load index because it's heavy car. Btw. smallest tyre size as standard for C5 X7 is 215/60 R16 (on 1,6HDi models).

C5 I alloy-"steel"-wheels are very sought after item in Finland. Many people like to put them on track cars because they're so light and cheap to buy second hand.
