Knowing my command of profanity, that's possibly a very good thing!

The eBay seller who refused to send my new discs to Jim, insisting they have to be sent to the buyer, has just cost me £23. That's how much parcelforce costs to send a 13.7kg parcel from here. And there is no real option for us. This is when I dislike staying here.

It probably actually hurt like hell, but her looks distracted you from the pain!

Apparently the Star Trek production team had to tone DOWN her looks, as they were considered to be very distracting!

That's rubbish. You can declare alternative addresses in eBay Davie...

I often buy stuff for Dad and have it sent directly to him. All you have to do is add an address in your eBay account and then select it when you check out...

Hope these discs come faster than my bloody hub puller - still not turned up...

I'm about to get onto the seller and ask him to find out what's going on...

Haven't left feedback yet. But I will. It's parcelforce 48 Jim, but missed today's cut off so it's 48 hrs max from tomorrow at 3. They will be there in time for you. I know it's bollocks about the address, the guy with the pads, different seller was no problem.

Been there myself... Lovely city...

Many thanks for the offer :-D

It's too early in the week to determine what will be happening car-wise this weekend. I'll let you know nearer the time.. I never plan as I can never guarantee, thanks to the wonders of ME, if I can keep to it

Interesting thing.. The Hydraulic Hub Puller I ordered on eBay and was apparently 'delayed' by UK Mail Parcels was still showing as 'Delayed' today so I got in touch with the eBay seller. Almost immediately I got a refund back in my PayPal account and a one-liner in reply to my enquiry "I'm sorry about that.."

And then today.... Guess what's just turned up! Yep! The puller... Via an entirely different courier and with utterly no documentation... In a quandary now. My money has been refunded and the transaction has been totally removed from eBay as if it never existed... Advice please? I really don't know what to do...

Thing is, I didn’t actually ask for a refund directly, just to find out what had happened...

I thought at first it was the new Discs Davie... I still await those...
