Citroen C2 Wont Start

Just fitted a comms unit and I've got the car started but nothing works in the car. And the ignition stays on. Lights nor Windows don't work but central locking does. And the indicators flash when locking/unlocking. What next?

Well done on getting it started. You really need to get it on a Lexia now to see what is going on - this should allow you to test if the lights etc can work when activated direct from the BSI, and to see if the BSI is receiving signals from the COM 2000 / other switches. This will then give you a pointer as to whether you need to start stripping out the loom to look for fried sections.....
