Done!
Clutch replaced. The old one had some signs of wear, but nothing significant.
The old DMF was still completely fine after approx. 100.000 km (62 000 miles), just I suspected. It was replaced of course, too much work and way too much money to do it again.
The new clutch is completely different. Reinforced pressure plate, but softer on the pedal ( :?: ). It has that nice filling in the middle, when the pedal just soflty dives to the floor. Like it should.
Previous one (LuK clutch + dmf kit) never felt like this. The biting point was also somewhere at the top.
If it will last, only time will show. I hope so. 8-[

Just remind me. Is this the solid flywheel clutch kit or replacement DMF with solid clutch friction plate kit?

DMF + solid clutch friction plate (uprated Sachs clutch). Look at Sachs Performance.

I have recently fitted a SMF Valeo kit4p on one of my friends C3 2011 1.6 Ehdi. I bit juddery on the low rpm besides that completely fine. I don't know why this DMF was in the first place. All the old diesels I had had Single mass flywheel some of them made huge tq on stock engines without any problems. Or are the new generation weak engines with weak crankshafts?

No, they are more powerful engines and produce more torque, so more torsional stress.

Jsp thanks for the feedback. Do you have any feedback on the life of the Valeo 4P clutch plates. Any feedback from your clients? Especially for the C5 2.0 136 16V engines.

On the 8v 109 2.0 HDI engines in Xantia, which were very similar there was no DMF. So I am not so sure if the DMF is really needed.

Were the low rev "judder" you mention significant? at what revs did you notice them?
